About the Author
Dag Heward-Mills, an international evangelist, serving out of Ghana, ministers in crusades and conferences in front of millions of worshipers around the world. He has planted almost 1,300 churches around the world. In the United States, he has planted 63 Lighthouse Chapel Churches in 24 states. Through his ministry, he has opened orphanages, hospitals, schools, and Bible colleges. He is the author of 73 books and has distributed over ten million copies of his books.

Worth knowing....

This book is applicable in ministry, personal relationships and even the business world. It really is an eye opener......
It must be a read by all groups, departments, ministries, businesses at least once a year.
This is keep all well informed of the essence of being loyal and the fruits thereof.
As against the dangers of being disloyal and the consequences.
THIS IS A MUST-READ BOOK!

Not as impressed

I was not as impressed by this text as I was by the Author's texts on Shepherding and Leadership. Not a bad read and a lot of good information. I found it much more useful for the pastor who is dealing with staff than members, though he does offer some insights into dealing with member problems. Being a Greek Orthodox priest I found the different world views between protestantism and Orthodoxy a lot more pronounced in this book than his texts on Shepherding and Leadership. Most of what he offers, even though he backes it with scripture, which I would often argue his interpretation of in this book, his advice is based on both secular psychological principles and secular business management principles. It has value, you just need to read it with a grain of salt and definitely consider your owh faith's world view and principles before attempting to apply his recommendations. The author comes across as the pastor being a bit of a paranoid in this text, which I don't believe most pastors are.

Loyalty = Faithfulness

Very practical book, written plainly enough, so that I could not pretend NOT to understand the teaching.
To be loyal is to be faithful. It is required that those who've been given a trust prove faithful.
I suppose some will struggle with the concept of being loyal, since it directly confronts pride and self.
So I see it as a blessing.
Humility and Faithfulness are two character traits that lucifer is unable to replicate.
